Kyle looking kinda slobby and sloppy at 4Q23 webcast ... needs help dressing and answering questions on VBG write-down. Bottom line, that part of the business is going to be cut loose at some point.

Kyle is fantastic!!! Now the three ladies leading vbg gov hmm....bd vp is phenomenal. The other two...need to be placed in different roles. Disliked by most. Why do you think pulse comments are not shared with employees. They are incredibly toxic
out of touch with the frontline and Disrespectful to employees. One referred to employees as "servants" to managers in her so called kickoff. Massimo should do skip levels. Or pulse feedback on all leaders in the segment. Many have exited the business as a result of their demeaning closed door policies.
He comes across as down to earth. He knows what it takes to get things done. Watch!
He dresses like most do in BR. Jeans, sneakers, t-shirts, etc. Talk a walk in BR if you never have before. No one really puts on business attire. So he is just fitting in.
He is an engineer! They are not interested in fashion.
I’ll go with sloppy (real business attire?) over post its and tbirds jacket anyday.

VBG is always net positive from a wireless results perspective. VBG just went through a RIF at the end of 2023. Definitely some teams impacted, but not like many may think. There is no chance VBG will be under a new logo!!! Where do people come up with this stuff!
