Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Hiring does not replenish firing

Was listening to the media interviews and the spin on layoffs of domestic workforce. Just because the firm is hiring (guess freshman tellers only) does not compensate the years of experience and the paycheck cost it is intentionally getting rid off by offshoring. I mean which analyst buys that argument? Absolute silence when CNN asked which location and how many. Put it under the carpet baby 😊

I'm surprised Wells isn't considered negligent with all the back end firing and still pushing metrics down everyone's throat regarding compliance. Wells should be held accountable as a GSE.

It is basically used to offset the losses of Commercial Banking I guess - does it not sound unethical that a brick and mortar loss is compensated with human livelihoods? Of course everyone is great at Maths!! The numbers are just numbers.
