If in MA, do you indicate YES on unemployment app question indicating you will receive the SUB payments?

This question is in response to the MA form section: Remuneration - Claimant Questionnaire
Yes, you need to report, but not as Pt 1. Every question in that section references "severance", which SUB pay is not.
But, if you don't report in Pt 2, you risk needing to repay your unemployment distributions (minimal problem) or needing to repay with fines and conditions based on knowledgeable misrepresentation (serious problem).
Yes you are entitled to receive both. As long as it is SUB payment and not severance.
