Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

BEC what did merit and bonus look like?

Salary transparency is a good thing! Who is willing to share?

Merit 2.5%
Bonus 13k

I feel like percentile of comp range for position is needed context for these. If someone is underpaid, their manager probably has more room to give them a higher % merit as an “atta boy/gal” without it costing the merit budget as much in real dollars as it would for someone who is well compensated for their role.

@1irm+1qJ10gZN I wish. I got lowest bonus ever at 6% and my merit has not been above 1.5% for many yrs. Nothing fair. Before last year I never received a lower than meets score. I have received promotions ever couple yrs and now I cant move laterally or upward. The current forced attrition and layoff mindset is leading mgrs to take care of their friends and the foes they fear while people who produce, positive attitude and dont complain take the hit. Easier to fly under fhe radar. 15 yrs here and expected to be here at least 5 more to retire. No confidence in my career anymore.

Since when has merit been above 2% so consistently across the board? Either everyone posting here is an exception or they aren't telling the truth.

  1. 25% bonus. 4.815% merit. Exceeds. I’ll take bigger raise and smaller bonus any day of the week.

Meets, 10% bonus, 0% merit since I'm already making significantly more than my peers with the same title (not a flex, just being transparent). I'm in a group that's being laid off soon.

How do you have your numbers? I was told they will not be available until next week. Saying that, my "leadership" is a malignant tumor on the Stagecoach so our su-k factor is very low so maybe they lied

Bonus amounts don't mean much, need percentages.
