Do you know what is the start of six-week WFO period this year? Is it Jan 2 or Jan 8 ? The reason I'm asking is because of a Letter of Education that somebody received (posted here several days ago). That previous cycle seemed to include the week of Jan 2. This means the start of new cycle is Jan 8.

well, it's not like they pay anyone more if we do more.
I'm still burned out from working 18hrs/day during Covid. (wasn't paid for that either)
The RTO mandate is completely soul-crushing.
Completely extinguished the motivation I used to have.
Most of my coworkers claim to work 55-60 hour weeks, but what they are actually saying is that they are “available and checking email periodically” between 8am - 8pm. They aren’t actually working the entire time. Many of them are actually on this site during those hours lol
I know very few people - in the office or remote - who give more than 40 hours a week at this place (and most aren’t even working the full 40 hours)
I worked from home all the time pre COVID, usually 50 to 55 hours a week. All but 2 of the 37 people on my team now either work in other locations, or have permanent WFO. I AM MORE PRODUCTIVE WORKING FROM HOME, so cut the cr-p about wanting to slack off.
In my LOB, we were only informed that badge monitoring would start, not when it would start. The "Workplace Excellence" initiative is an excuse to cut headcount without having to resort to official layoffs. The policy doesn't actually exist anywhere official, not in HR Connect, Global Policy Source or Flagscape. Kind of hard to understand how to abide by a policy you can't even reference.

@jeu+1qJFOzbd - Yes, exactly. Unfortunately, there are self-righteous people here in the board.
Maybe they want to know for planning their vacation/personal time off and not show up on a list and have to explain to somebody in HR that we get vacation/personal/sick time. (Not everybody takes their time in full week increments)
HR should pull time off reports from workday into their reporting and not bother people that are taking legitimate time out of the office.
In my experience, the people who refuse to come into the office do the least amount of work. No wonder they are enforcing RTO.
I think we’re ask tired of hearing/reading the same thing. If you aren’t up to weighing in office three days a week, find another job. I know it su-ks but all those trying to slip the system are sounding like children. Enough already.
