Why do HR take so long to answer simple questions regarding the separation document

HR is now pretty much run exclusively by D.E.I. hires.
Best to try to solve your problem on your own.
Most of the HR support is in India they have no clue about separation process - they were never trained. Only Dean in PGH knows the answers to all questions, check you docs for his number. The BKalumni email support told me that they dont send paystubs to alumni when I asked them to update the address. But I told them to update anyway - only then I started receiving paystubs in mail.
They take months to answer basic questions so not surprised
Because you don’t keep your email on file in Mysource or even know your Employee Number?
