Who came up with this term, anyway?
I haven’t been here for long, but long enough to see to which degree upper management is detached - from company, from employees, from customers, and from products. As if they landed from another planet. I am waiting for 14th and 15th Feb with almost a glee. Finding out that I am a definitive BC would be a release and a push to go look elsewhere. There are some decent places left in this country where one would actually have a sense of professional accomplishment (well, sometimes), right?
