If 30% of a team are doing poorly they have a management problem.

They have a management problem.

30% is a pretty high percentage of people not achieving target. If 30% of a team are doing poorly they have a management problem.

The reality is that the people who are most liked by leadership will be protected more than the ones who are lone wolves or who disagree or offer differing opinions.

It is in your best interest to buddy up with as many LLs as you can. It is too late for this round, but if you're fortunate enough to survive the cut then you should start rubbing elbows with leadership as soon and as often as possible.

Check your CDS. Our skill team was changed to PD Ops and Quality. Just another way they can justify all of this to people that have no say in suppliers/budget

@cen+1qKd7ybD - The LLx knows who is kissing up.

Looks like even the LL6/5/4/3/2/1 are getting Forced Ranked. Ranking has always been in placed, but not mandated. Last time it was mandated was during Jack Nasser leadership.

PS. We are FORCED RANKING by the way.

Some get an ahhhh, some get an ohhhh and others get a ewwwwww. The Above, At or Below Ford+ system.

Just hope you get along with your leader/boss so you can be biased in the decision. v Maybe say hi to your LL5 every now and then !

This must mean they are planning on axing 30%.

And I figured they realize they messed up in the last round when they flushed their whole performance review process down the tοìlet and left a wide opening for lawyers to as why, if performance was NOT a consideration, did you fire these people?
