External officer titles have been updated today for risk-anybody else have directs given higher officer titles than yourself?
How do you explain that?guess nobody cares about external titles but then why make a big deal about updating it and creating a bigger mess

Ever notice they have an acronym for every title except Executive Director. Go figure ;)
I feel like some of you are taking these titles for granted. Wells did a solid favor by making sure you can have a fancy, meaningless title on your resume after they displace you. You're welcome!
let me guess, you are an associate manager and got a Sr AVP and have lead/sr lead employee who got VP.
End of day. who cares. these titles mean nothing. You can align to industry all you want but if you go hiking for VP jobs you'll find most companies reserve this title for st. leadership.

Title change was to be consistent with other companies in the industry which will help you in your interviews.
