EFT Reorg announcement

Tomorrow Ken Meyer is going to announce a huge EFT reorg. This won’t be the end of it either as they haven’t even had their offsite to confirm details impacting most of the employees. What a joke

For the railcar poster just google it. Wells Fargo Rail is the largest and most diverse rail equipment operating lessor in North America, with more than 135,000 railcars and 850 locomotives. Wachovia never renamed it so it was First Union Rail until WF merger. Former FU CEO bought the company from his old college buddy.

@via+1qL3EaF3 No idea how this post landed in this thread but the part about rail cars is actually true. I wish I could remember which LOB they were aligned to - maybe it got rolled up in what EFT supports.

Love the humor . KM is such the managerial loser. TK has no idea about talent. Why you ask? Because she has no talent. But watch , KM will position himself to replace her and possibly bump her out. TK won’t even know it’s coming.

@via+1qL3EaF3 WTF? Ent. Functions handles what the name suggests-- enterprise functions -- HR, Finance, Legal. Risk, etc.

Why does a bank even have this line of business anyways? I heard the bank owns thousands of rail cars most of which can't be located due to little or no tracking.

Announcement is out. It appears that a few people will be "pursuing other opportunities". The start of EA federation has taken the first step and announced.

Well he could start with dumping some of the people TK brought in. There's a few people in that leadership that are snakes and not terribly competent. TK pretty much gutted the leadership in that group a few years ago when she had it.

Not surprised that a new group head is going to "reorg". Of course he'll reorg b/c he's new and has to put his stamp on it. Nevermind that it's had multiple changes in the past few years.

This is very normal for Corporate America and has been going on for decades. Anytime a new senior leader comes on board they want to report to out their own stamp on it. Doesn't matter if it's was perfectly fine, it's just the way it is

These never really affect people down at the bottom. A few managers move around, a director or 2 shuffles and one app moves under somebody else. Then it's business as usual.

EFT = Enterprise Functions Technology. I don’t see any announcement on Teamworks yet, although everyone knows it’s coming at some point.

KM knows what he is doing. The man is a genius. He has an insatiable appetite for learning about technology, and is an expert in all things fintech. He also has excellent people skills, and is a kind and compassionate person. Not to mention, he is exceptionally good looking and quite fashion conscious. You guys are lucky to have him; congrats on stealing him from us at Truist. KM, if you ever want to, you can always come back - the door is always open!

If there's one thing Hudson Yards likes, it's a good reorg. It's pretty much constant and usually more trouble/cost than it's worth.

So you complain when leadership isn’t transparent and also when they are transparent?
