Why would he resign? He is cooking up balance sheet with Pat and getting paid millions. One day he will end up in jail for forgery.

Zinsner not leaving. He will be promoted to the time of CAO, chief administration officer so Pat can focus on strategy.

He has done a very good job given the circumstances. It’s not clear though for how long someone like him would be willing to continue having to deal with this mess.

I think he’s a great CFO. Easily the best in my 15 years at Intel. What are you expecting from him that he hasn’t done?

Doubtful, he turns 63 in March. He doesn't have to step down from the position until he turns 65. Why would he walk away from his lucrative pay package? Plus he is delusional, he sees himself as doing great things... it is just a coincidence that revenue is down over 30% since he took over and all of the competitors are doing phenomenally.
