He has not done a thing. I remember his intro at a GTH and the things he said he would do never materialized.
BTW, Mike Amend is the CIO.

Amend is ok, but he does not hold a candle to DF when it comes to technical ability, strategy, and leadership.

In case you don't know. There is NO contract. Go read his offer letter. This is true for everyone. The idea of a "contract" is long gone.
The only part that may look like a contract is available for every LL4+: an incentive to stay with a full maturity over 3 years: each year, 1/3 of the incentive is paid in Ford stock.
Amend needs to be amended.. lol
