Lead. 4% merit, 13% bonus. Seems low. What does everyone else’s numbers look like?

I’m in tech but I got 0% merits and 8% bonus…. Not sure how they can justify the p%

25% bonus and 5.5% merit increase - I'm in technology. Honestly, I was shocked because even though I busted my *$$ all year, I figured I'd again get sc--wed. This one almost makes up for all the years that I received a cr-p bonus and 1.5% merit increase... almost. I am not delusional enough to think I'll get the same thing next year.
Tech business systems lead - Same range- meets
What is the base.? Leads are making at different teams.? Any inputs.? Within technology.
Lead level-- around the same as OP
Please be aware that they are looking to reduce the number of tech services rolls by 30-40%
