The debate has been settled. Corn land is no longer a hub. Good night

I worked in Charlotte Brevard, it is overcrowded on certain floors and dare i say if you decide to sit somewhere due to the overcrowd else it becomes a huge problem for some reason. this place is a rumor mill and everyone is so nosey in other people's business and except your personal issues to be somehow being discussed by senior members as if it's lunch time gossip table.
Wait this was a debate? Of course Charlotte is better
Not cheaper than India, and that's all that matters.
North Carolina has a four season temperate climate with beautiful mountains, ocean beaches, and picturesque landscapes.
Charlotte downtown is expanding and all the talent going there shd say something—downtown building highest floors reserved for the big shots
DSM have very nice ppl
Time to close the book on Des Monines. They had their chance and Rocket Mortgage ate their lunch AND dinner. Nepotism there is pathetic.
The south lost. Get over it.
Lol charlotte will never close. It's a tight race for refinancial city and way better and cheaper than NY
Charlotte will be the last hub to close. Not sure that's really a "win". Former Des Moines employees will probably be better off in the long term.
Des Moines is a hub for some lines of business (WIM for example).
Over half of Charlotte employees are Midwesterners who left...
Just completing the cycle..
There's no question NC is way better than IA
How rude. This post just proves DSM has better people. Way to self own.
I don't live in either location, but prefer Midwesterners over Southerners any day of rhe week bc of rhe superficiality and backstabbing I've seen firsthand.
BTW, being a core hub at WF is not the win you think it is.
