Enhanced 401k will be suspended as of March 1st until an unknown time. Intel will only match 2.5 %. Recognition might be suspended as well.

monetary recognition has already been suspended. You only get a email now saying how great you are...things are trash at this trash company. Pastor P will mandatorily retire in two years...you really think he can fix stupid???
There would be a mass exodus of the people doing real work as well as possible lawsuits so I'd say a resounding NO. The way it will work is to continue firing expensive employees in the US and other high wage areas. That way they won't have to give out RSUs or that increased 401k match to compensate for pay cuts from the prior year.
