Does anyone have any information for CS&O org? I haven't heard anything other than a meeting we had with our immediate management telling us this RTO thing is happening but nothing "official" from executive management.

Yeah.. Reach out to your manager to see when the company will whack you because of your age…. I am sure they will be completely transparent.

CS&O = Customer Service & Operations is not the same as CSO (Chief Security Office)

Our group in CS&O has been hit as of Jan. 22. 3 people were notified that I know of but many more we have not heard names for yet.
We were told we are NOT getting an offer to move to a hub location and instead the work is being transitioned to the low cost centers and a center being spun up in Puerto Rico for contracts requiring on-shore resources. Crazy how inconsistent the message is for some orgs getting offers to move and others not.
It's happening and there it's no slowing down. It's not a matter of IF but WHEN.
