At least there's an iron clad system in place for id--ts to self ID so they can be termed. No more "he said / she said" cases with no real evidence.
"Hard to harass or abuse people via a Teams message"
As someone that works in investigations you'd be shocked how rampant harassment via Teams is.
@1yjr+1qLgYIeN, sounds like you're a little bitter about being the subject of an ER complaint for being part of the problem in the unfair and retaliatory treatment of employees - highly doubt anyone here's going to give you any sympathy for being a d*ck.
they are the people who have to go through the motions on on HR cases and Conduct reviews filed by useless employees as reverse retaliation for non existent or imagined unfair treatments.
ER= Employee Relations. Those oh so none sympathetic useless HR PEOPLE. OFF WITH THEIR HEADS!!
I have a person in mind I hope is affected..........
Pretty hilarious we closed out an MRA tied to clearing out a previous ER backlog and ensuring staffing plans/models were in place to prevent future backlogs. We didn't even wait for the body to get cold on that one before we decide to get in our own way again and get rid of a bunch of ER people, which would likely result in a renewed backlog of cases..........that is, unless we hired a large contingent of ER consultants in India/Philippines, which of course wouldn't surprise any of us.
If all roles that could be WFH were, the number of ER people we'd actually need would be very very small. Hard to harass or abuse people via a Teams message, and if someone is d-mb enough to try you'd have all the evidence you ever needed. Open and shut case.
What's ER's purpose again? Serious replies please.
The board needs to go back and bump Charlie’s comp package from $29m to $39 million with this cost cutting measure.
The people in charge of sacking have been sacked.
Well the less number or ER folks, the fewer complaints they can handle , so your issue will sit in a queue for 2-3 years. It’s by design.
AI can prepare layoff packages, so why not?
Spread the pain!
There's plenty to go around!
Why not? It's not like WF's relations with its employees could get any worse.
ER is one of the hardest groups to work with
Can't wait.
