@Ykuh
At one time JW was a named officer of the company. His name will be up there until he is officially gone which should be the end of this month. GK was just a guy.

Why is John Waldron still showing up as a leader on Honeywell website ? He was fired a few weeks ago. I remember when George Koutsaftes was fired on October 10th 2023, his name was taken down immediately. Is it possible that John Waldron was a lesser of an Assho$e than George Koutsaftes and hence given more time at the company to search for another job ? Any insights ?

Psychopath (only used this word once in my career to describe a former manager) whose ineptitude and all-encompassing hubris and narcissism cannot be overstated! Very seldom do you see a confluence of so many skill AND character flaws in one person. I worked closely with him and “buyer beware” to all future companies to avoid this guy like the plague because when it comes to healthy culture, growth and profit expansion he TRULY is a plague and ORG destroyer.

Koutaftes and Waldron destroyed lives and careers of so many talented and hardworking people who refused to kiss their butt. Great that the new CEO of Honeywell is firing all extremely toxic people. Will be interesting to see where these two jokers land as their next job. I already feel bad for those organizations and people there.

Koutsaftes still has his LinkedIn showing president and CEO of Honeywell SPS 5 months after being fired from the position. These keepers of ethics need to act honestly by themselves first. If someone wants to make any money in the stock market, just pay attention to where Koutsaftes and Waldron will land, if at all any public company board is stupid enough to hire these clowns, and then short the stock. These two id--ts have all it takes to destroy a business. They have demonstrated this skill time and again at Honeywell. It will be easy money making tactic in a very short period of time.

Also keep in mind that DA is being pushed out too. He leaves in June. They at least let him have a year as Chairman. The damage done by the previous administration is great. At least it looks like a cleanup is being attempted.

Yes it is confirmed that John Waldron was fired by Honeywell. The new ceo is firing all a$$holes hired by the previous a$$hole ceo. In October they fired the biggest a-s¥ole I have ever seen George Koutsaftes. Firing of Waldron and Koutsaftes will make life easier for many smart people in the company. Both animals were epitome of toxicity, hubris and ineptness in leading people.

JW is the definition of a snake who will bite you and then say that he is a snake and that is what he does. I may short the stock of any company he gets involved with if he is in an upper management position. He is that bad.

@1sgr+1qLtqR36 Reality bo-b, there are far worse than JW and many of equal ineptitude.
If he is your measure of the worst leadership can be you are going to be utterly miserable.

One of the worst managers ( NOT leaders) whose specialty is ruining businesses.
But it is not his fault.. it is the fault of the people who served up a dream stating it is OK not to gain experience, it is OK talking the big talk and getting ahead, it is OK practically lying during interview.. to all the leaders who encourage talk and not performance .
