Class action on age determination??

I think we need to organize a class action lawsuit for age discrimination. Stankey’s comments were outrageous on Baby Boomers vs Gen Z. The non hub cities have high seniority and either meeting rule of 75 or close to it . Keep in mind not long after those comments Santone was gone and they never kept the video.

"Stankey’s comments were outrageous on Baby Boomers vs Gen Z" I noticed the same thing on that call! As you also mentioned that video was NEVER available for employee replay afterwards as is normal/customary. Hmmmmm, wonder why! It was a totally age discriminatory message and Stankey didn't even realize it when he said it! I couldn't believe my ears when I heard it!

I was the victim of age discrimination when I was part of wave 1. Leadership can say what they want but that is what it was. My employment lawyer saw it immediately but said it is tough to prove on an individual basis. I would love to join a large class action suit if one ever comes up.

It’s not only boomers! Leadership went on a spending binge and continues to outsource technical jobs. We don’t innovate like old ATT. The vision of these Execs is cut employees and push more to India!
