Any BTC employees who can share how they see working at BTC to be. Is it a long term thing for you? A stepping stone to graduate school or a better job? Is it seen as a prestigious job in India?

So, the guy from India posts here saying that Indians don’t post here.
Huh, ok.
FACT - very very few from India actually read and comment on this forum. You cannot post on this site in India, you have to use VPN and change to US location. Since VPN’s cost a lot, not many have it.
Here is the thing - All comments, questions and answers are likely by the same people from US.
If you want BTC opinions, there are other sites that are allowed in India and there are lot of comments there about the work, work hours, salary, etc.
I know of this because I am giving this reply after someone told me about this site and I am currently in US for workshop.
If you want discussion on BTC amongst yourselves, this is good site. If you want to know more - this won’t help
At least we are better than you knuckle draggers at the refineries! Too lazy to do anything except whine about India as we rapidly take all of your jobs.
We are the only part of the company growing, you should get used to it! In a few more years, you’ll all report to us and we will complain about you and kick you out as fast as we can!
@rjr+1qNJuPPt, guess you were right. No employee from the BTC chimed in or took a stand for BTC.
An indian CEO coming soon, just like all the tech firm, #proudtobeindian
That’s how the management likes em. Fall people that are yes people. Especially in the management pool
Speaking honestly and without filters, I can say that most BTC employees are cowards. They have no ba--s to differentiate between right and wrong. Most of them are yes man army. They are also easier to get swayed away one way or another. Let's use this thread to test how many of BTC peeps Chime in here and provide their perspective or speak their minds. You won't see very many, but let's see.
