Reviewed my charitable donations with a local organization I support with a monthly donation and also set-up under the AT&T giving campaign to receive the company match % and was informed the last donation the charity see from me was a year ago. Wondering with all the cost-cutting initiatives if the company match % program has been discontinued?

There's a line item in the budget that says "charity" and it is what it is regardless of what employee checks a box or doesn't. the fallacy is thinking you can in any way influence AT&T's behavior.

AT&T has a donation matching program. Choosing not to participate in this program out of some "at&t derangement syndrome" is taking that matching fund money out of the hands of your favorite charity.
My donations continue on as they were.
But they have been awfully quiet about the subject recently compared to how it used to be. No big meetings, contests, etc. I can't even see how a recent new hire would know it exists.
It's annoying because if they'd done the annual fall campaign I would have remembered to discontinue mine and give directly instead. In no way do I want to do anything to give the toxic axe mu---rers who run this place a chance to portray themselves as good corporate citizens.
Don't donate a penny in AT&T's name and don't record your community service! If you do you are part of the scam.
Moved to a new partner called Benevity, still match donations and now give cash to your volunteer time when you log it.
You probably need to go reestablish your donations in Benevity. Find it in HRonestop

A year ago? I know I did a donation in December and that was matched. Now, I don't think they are matched 100% anymore, but that's been in place for a while.
