If Honeywell is your only option to avoid eviction, starvation, etc., then apply. Otherwise, steer clear of this company. It's a toxic joke of a company that is only interested in DIE hires to virtue signal its wokeness, is managed by fear and intimidation, treats its people terribly, has laughable pay and benefits, and couldn't innovate its way out of a wet paper bag.

There are pockets of civility and respect. Customer facing jobs are where you get the best work environment. Regardless of where you work one thing is universal at Honeywell- the highest quality of life pay is when you sign on. After that the raises don’t keep up with inflation; your quality of life goes down. Even promotions which if you are customer facing are more frequent, typically don’t make up for the losses in the in between promotion years. If you are moving from somewhere else to Phoenix stay long enough to get some skills and not have to pay back your moving expenses. Then shop around. If you wait too long to make your move out of there with will lose your self esteem and not have enough spare money to buy a new suit to interview with. All you’ll be able to afford is to post comments on this site.

Compare with some other companies threads I can see that some companies have no recent posts; so you can conclude that they have less dissatisfied employees or at least that they have not been motivated enough to post.

If you are politician, who can shmoos, talk the right people, play dirty politics, have no empathy, and full of greed. You will succeed at Honeywell.

I would say apply for management. No education required. No skills required.

I do not use grammar correctly. Correct way I don't use grammar correctly. You won't get a job as management if you spell and use grammar correctly.

You will fit right in if you use 'axe' instead of 'ask' in your vocabulary. You should apply.

Very toxic environment. Yet! I think they're going to close some plants. They will be heading to Arizona and Clearwater.

Don't bother, you're always facing a layoff at Hon. Unless you are facing eviction and homelessness stay away from this dumpster fire of a company.
