The most recent file I have is effective from June 2015. Does anyone know if the numbers have been increased since then? Knowing BNYM, I’m guessing they were decreased.

Dude, just look at your pay stub!
Pay grades were Massively upgraded through all levels. Life is good.
Robin raised the minimum Bank pay big time and it percolated up the ranks. Right now I’d say that from top to bottom everyone at the the Bank is really ecstatic about our compensation windfall.
No more griping about not keeping up with inflation… we ALL blew inflation away.
Thanks Robin, we appreciate it!
@6twl, because he then fires those people and moves their job offshore because he doesn't have to pay them $46,800.00. These lefty ceo's talk the talk about a living wage then walk away from it to save a dime.
There were no equivalent raises up the chain
How come nobody sticks up for Robin after his huge increase in the BNYM minimum pay coupled with equivalent raises up the chain.
Are people really so jaded that they can’t appreciate a windfall?
Before Robin I’s never seen anything a minimum $46,800.00 raise.
Yowza Yowza Yowza!
Yeah we’re all happy about the unexpected windfall. Everybody in the bank had a huge increase…. Not just the ones who had the minimum Bank wage jump. In one fell swoop Robin gave us all enough of an increase to erase 10 years of inflatiin.
Count me as Impressed.
What are you DB’s even talking about with the minimum salary increase helping everyone?? Ummm no. Might want to ratchet back your consumption of the corporate koolaid there, folks.
Absolutely. The huge boost to the minimum and proportionally the higher grades should make everybody happy. Robin should get a lot of credit for the massive raise that we all received. For those that don’t agree, unemployment rates are at record lows and there is no excuse not to job search. It’s the best economy in a long time for job hunters.
So for all of the carping it seems that Bank employees are actually content, or they would be jumping for new opportunities.
This is a real windfall for employees.
Only the negative Nancies here could whine about a really nice pay raise.
Where are we hiring these negative jaded people?
Really Nice to see the Bank raising the base up to $46,800. Above that the ranges are bumped and pretty much everybody should be happy and engaged in their work. It’s a very nice thing hat Robin has done for us.
@2wt - because they bumped up all the lowest paid employees and didn’t compensate for employees that have been here any length of time. If someone just got a 5k raise to be at the minimum, and others on their team that have been here let’s say 5 years and make 50k , those people making 50k stayed at 50k. Basically a slap in the face that a brand new employee now makes only about 3k less than them.
@ohk
Damn, if the cheapest paid employee now starts at $46,800.00 what the heck is everybody birching about. For Ops jobs that’s really overpaid.
8 times, its updated every year.
@ohk
The cheapest “U.S.” employee. Our India employees start @ less than $12K.
Typical smoke and mirror show. The bank pushes this narrative to the media while the majority of these jobs have already been or are in the process of being sent offshore.
Go look at some jobs posted and their associated pay may be listed, you will see it is definitely higher. I did notice a few years ago there were increases to the miminum but it wasnt really noticeable below K. Some people also had to get increased to make the minimum for the band, so it's obviously increased. Just not sure if the job posting with salary included is the actual "band".
I would assume yes, but that is secret information that is near impossible to obtain. The cheapest paid employee will now start at $46,800.00 so the salary bands have surely changed.
