What % do you think you will get a raise this year?
My answer: I don’t care anymore. I’m so much underpaid that 40% raise is what I’m looking for to be happy. I have to look a job somewhere else.

Why you expect to be paid like Meta while you do no work at all? Most of my friends at intel don’t have work for last 9 months. 99% of intel employees hardly work 2 hours per day. Based on that Intel employees are paid highest per hour of work. Working at Meta, Apple, Amazon is brutal.

Intel is a tech company where your comp hikes are proportional to how much powerpoint slides you can prepare. Usually the top earner is the one who makes most slides
