WF is issuing a 20% TVC bonus to those who worked on RCSA in February, but the problem is not everyone is receiving it. If your leader didn’t flag you, you aren’t receiving it. Doesn’t HR have a list of all individuals that worked on this project? I know fair is only a place with rides and funnel cakes but man imagine working 5 am-5pm daily, being screamed at, and or traveling on demand and still coming up short….

Yeah but how much will IRM get? My bet is 20% is for the front line only.
Can someone with knowledge update this? Will it be fair/flat or will the “leadership” splice and dice it like they do incentive? Because our leader leans to the favorites in my group. This needs to STOP!
I truly hope we go back to, if I work and earn my rating, I get my full incentive instead of some executive unfairly redistributing to the “favorites”.
When will people find out if they get this additional bonus?

Post ID: @1phj+1qP0q6LO that’s not true; I slept in the airport trying to get from one RAU to the next; I switched teams mid year but completed around 9 RAUs. I know someone who got the bonus and only worked 1 RAU, in the city which they live.
I’m in IT&V and my manager mentioned it last week as a possibility, but also said she didn’t know the criteria but they submitted some people. No mention of the amount at all.
It's only those who strongly facilitated or contributed to it, as identified by their manager/director.

What a joke. Working just 12 hours with people yelling at you is no comparison to working 14 per day plus all of Saturday with PPP. I think we ended up with a hundred bucks in gift cards. And you get 20% of your annual pay?!?!?
Correct, only those "added value in rcsa projects" is getting a one-off bonus. I think it's a smart way to motivate high performers while not promising anything for next year. Su-ks for those that worked in rcsa but are low performers.
Post ID: @1ohl+1qP0q6LO yes i know. but you have managers making 50k in tvc bonus. that’s an extra 10k and you have others getting nothing. they didn’t send out any email notification on this bonus bc they are picking and choosing who gets it.

This contradicts the theory that all RCSA people will be let go after RCSA work is done. Why would you give them all a 20% bonus if you planned on laying off entire team? (unless it's just carrot to keep them productive until blade hits their néckş).
20% TVC in addition to bonus they already received as part of 2023 EOY performance? WTF.

Post ID: @hzj+1qP0q6LO everyone who worked on RCSA is scheduled to get a payout. problem is your name has to be given to HR. I actually participated in workshops in 23, but switched organizations mid-year, so i’m doubtful my new org knew to list my name. I’ve heard from others who decided to stay that the payout will be last check of the month.
Wait everyone who facilitated RCSA or everyone who participated in workshops? The former makes sense but the latter would literally be everyone in the business, ITV and EBCE. That sounds very irresponsible …
