I am hearing the National Market was hit hard. Any other areas? Is this just the beginning? If you have been affected, pls post which BU.

Besides National Market, RT was spearheading staffing up IBM teams to work with business partners just earlier last year. Wonder how those teams are doing as well?
The sad thing is that people were forced into the National Market for various reasons a few years ago. As opposed to being in a more lucrative market like Financial Services. When rep coverage was geography based, you would have a mix of accounts to balance things out. National market is whitespace and a lot of those accounts rarely purchased from IBM.
So let me get this right, Cloud and AI people are being cut? This is not the first time I am seeing Cloud, AI, Automation, Data skills being cut. However, somebody being locked out ASAP is new. What are the terms you are given? It's been a play-on 30 days with 90 days severance, and vice versa. Frankly, seeing later option utilized more and more, but apparently a new approach is now in play. Would appreciate if somebody could fill in the details of separation package. National Market was RT’s baby… it was a total mistake, so RT is now correcting his mistake. If you are in National Market it is urgently time to look for a job.
pretty much entire national market data ai automation teams were cut
Cloud got hacked up too-- just got locked out of the vpn & let go after 8 years. All of a sudden, no access. Not a good way to do this.
