In over two decades of business sales, this is the most ridiculous garbage I have ever seen. It’s like they want to fail. They want to create the most toxic, most ridiculous work environment ever conceived. It doesn’t even matter if you sell now, it’s if you give the appearance of doing something. Their ranker is sc--wed, it’s just silly. The only thing that makes it not depressing, is that it is simply too ridiculous to take seriously.

No description of what the OP is talking about is needed. This rings TRUE across MANY different organizations. I can't even begin to describe the freak show that my org has come to. It's pretty comical at this point. Right hand has NO IDEA what the left hand is doing, absolute chaos.
I think that this person is referring to the Leff (VP) org. After supposedly hitting all of financials last year and all previous years it is being dismantled. Off shoring work to Accenture and laying people off. Whoever is left will be gone within 1 or 2 years. What can be sold is greatly diminished. During this entire period, the communication from AVP and VP has been embarrassingly ridiculous. First wave is off payroll by end of first quarter.
