Should not be any difference package wise. The main difference, it appears, is that with CPM you may (but don't have to) hang out in the CPM pool for a couple of months to look for another Intel job and are kicked out of you don't find anything by the end of it, while with VSP you just (voluntarily) go and get the two months' worth of CPM pay added to the package.

Anyone knows what the 2024 package is like?

In the same boat. Why take vsp vs wait for cpm if any? Apologies I'm a newbie. Also what is the vsp criteria for IVE?

Take the VSP and don’t look back. Don’t delay cuz window is small with exit date Mar 15.

Only US is impacted by headcount reductions, other geos are still growing, although they may have very limited performance based layoffs. Project ownership is also increasingly moving to these other geos. Not many exciting projects are currently run out of the US.

Are they layoff in Israel or is it just USA? IVE leadership in Israel always protects their own in detriment of the American workforce. It used to be an American corporation…

Sorry to hear this. Are you being replaced by AI or is Intel just implementing another bad idea by cutting a quality control job. Product problems don’t get caught if no one is looking for them. Good luck OP.
