Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

I'm relieved I don't work at BofA anymore

Management believes that pushing you by yelling at you and making you work like crazy is good for the company. Thankfully, I've landed a job somewhere that's thriving and has a great environment. I'm just sad I wasted years of my life at BofA. The company has one of the worst workplace culture.

Yet you are here, still bi--hing. Btw, u been there like a month and already think it's a wonderful place to work. Convenient. Quit your bi--hing and move on. Your new company probably doesn't even have a "the layoff" page.

This is by far the worst company I have ever work for in my life. I can't believe how many incompetent leaders they have at this company. I have worked at companies with excellent leadership skills and competent leaders. This company has an abundance of people in positions because of diversity an inclusion. I understand why they have to put people in positions because of gender and race. Some of these mutherfockas don't belong in any position at this bank and I am embarrassed to be part of this shlit show. Many of these bozos that have leadership positions really think their shlit don't stink but it does you a holez
