I hear they’re really sc--wing the sales guys in BA (formally HBT). Customers too. But this thread is about bonuses. Ha.
Bonus??? I barely get a #%$&ing raise???
When I joined Honeywell they promised me 10%. My first bonus after a solid year of hard graft and high output was like 6%. I challenged my manager, he said it was the maximum I could get from the bonus pool given to him. Feck Honeywell, totally dishonest.
Where's MY BONUS? I won't leave until I get it. I quiet quit years ago....
