My team is all in Europe and India. I’m the only one in the US. Most people in my office doesn’t have a clue about the work we do. But they can sure yap a lot about stupid cr-p. Further proof they are a waste of my time. I’m not sure why they get paid.
I heard Tuesday Feb 20th.
Some do need to RTO as they are never anywhere to be found. MIA and work not getting done. Some have the nerve to expect others to do their work. I'd like to see how many do quit if told to RTO. I suspect if the company had the dead weight RTO and they quit, there would be no change in the work getting done.
Executives don't want to return to office. They like working from home also.

I'm pretty surprised it hasn't happened yet, tbh. Half this company seems to have been reorg'd into complete confusion over who does what and its a whole lot easier to make it look like your group is doing something when you're putting butts is in a seat in one of the "engagement hubs".
My GN&T VP has informed us 2 days in office starting immediately.
