How about the fake jobs everyone has at a firm that Elizabeth Warren would like to shut down...

I had full proof that fake interviews were happening, a senior manager (former Chase employee of course) for some reason thought it to be wise to share a presentation of what his team would look like in the next year including 4 new managers that were named when positions not opened yet alone hired. There is no way that this individual had any intention to hire anyone but those listed, yet the Ethicsline decided that "after investigating, we found no evidence of wrongdoing".
I hope those that are bringing the lawsuit continue with it and Wells Fargo pays (both reputaionally and financially).

And the Company still implements structural racism/s-xism by including 'Desired Qualifications' like this for Executives in the Commercial Bank where the hiring manager is a woman:

"Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for Wells Fargo's diversity and inclusion commitments".

Translation: Straight White Men need not Apply.

Where is the EEOC? Where are activist Shareholders like Carl Icahn? Where are the class action lawsuits for discrimination?
