Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Isn’t it weird?

When you’re trying to give your life to this company and your CEO gets close to $30 million, please post your daily schedule, Jamie and Charlie.

So take over the company work in NYC, deal with all the crazy with the fed, state authorities, be responsible for over 225,000 people, have to make cold decisions daily that impact the country and people. It is a tough job, no one wanted it and they pay him a premium. Most people here want top $, no responsibility and be celebrated for showing up, then when a manager asks to explain their utilization they will not or cannot and they are not showing their calendars. When they do blocked with personal time, meeting they dont need to be on, long stretches where they are unavailable. It is all over. I dont like it but I understand why there is RTO. Lift yourself up, make your own plan and make it happen. Waiting around for the unicorn great manager or tearing down others is pointless.

Giving your life to an artificial being. ET call home. It is a corporation. I don’t mean to sound bad but i just can’t believe anyone thinks this. You came to work because you get paid. Not because you are volunteering for the peace core. You either stay in the job because you make more money then you would elsewhere, can’t find another job with your skills to pay you more, or just think that you bank more time and someone will appreciate you for it. They will not. $$$$$ is why you work for Wells Fargo

My advise to anyone who doesn’t think they make what they deserve. Get.a new job and an 20 percent pay raise. That will keep you at market. Stay at wells for 20 years and you will see 2 percent merit

Why on earth do you care how much they make? It's not like you would make more if they made less.

If that type of thing is important to you, you should do due diligence and NEVER work for a company that pays management more than you approve of.

@OP
"Trying to give your life for this company" Now that IS weird. Guess living underneath a bridge (trolls home?) stunted your view of the world. Worry about yourself first 988.
