Starting looking for a new job today. 10+ years and this is the worst it's ever been.
New comp structure = JOKE, car allowance taken away, MBO, taken away, quotas as high in Q1 as they were in Q4, quotas up nearly 50% over the past 3 yrs.
This is unsustainable. What a poor end to what I use to consider a successful career at a company I was proud to work for.

Company went to he-l. Quotas are unobtainable. Business owners aren’t doing much because of the rising costs of inflation and most likely waiting on outcome of election. 60 percent of our team didn’t hit quota. $600 paychecks for getting mentally as--ulted isn’t worth this sh-t. Leadership has no clue how pi---d off the workers are. All they do is sit behind a desk and demand results while not doing the actual work.
I was in B2B for 2.5 years. The worst 2.5 years of my life but made some significant money. Made a few 5 digit commission checks with at risk and MBO payout. It made it worth it. I can’t celebrate because next day we are starting over again. Now everything is basically quarterly paying out monthly. Also had the car allowance. I can’t imagine doing that job with basically doubled of my quota talking to people that had a similar modules.
It’s much easier in any other outside sales org! Vzw is close to slave labor in comparison.
