Dashboard not calculating correctly

Why is the dashboard not accounting for all in office exemptions? Anyone have that problem?

Did you hear back from hr? I noticed the calculation/formula isn't correct for January or the first 4 weeks. It appears to be off 1 day.

Dashboard does not work correctly for part time employees. The same issue existed when the dashboard was first implemented. I reported the issue and it was eventually corrected. They must have recently updated it again and they obviously forgot about part time employees. They are calculating the percentage based on 20 work days (minus sick days, vacation, etc) in a 4 week period regardless of the fact that part time employees work fewer base days. I already reported that to HR.

The last time I reported that, they replied they had no control over the dashboard and referred me to the team that registered badge swipes even though it wasn’t a badge swipe issue. That team told me the calculation did not take part time status into consideration when doing the calculation, that it would eventually be fixed, and closed the ticket. I reported it again now so I would be on record.

HR automatic response was to expect a response within a week. I think they need to upgrade their SLA. I would never think I have a week to respond to a question!

Thank you Howard Roark. Surprised and pleased to find another scholar in the Bank.

Could you repeat this in cogent English? It makes no sense.

Office exemptions are not a substitute for in-office days. These days are deducted from the total work days for the period and 60% calculated off the remainder.

Employees cannot track for themselves, the dashboard doesn’t break it down by day and you won’t know if you’re out of compliance until it’s too late. And based on feedback I’ve heard there is no recourse. If you dispute it there’s no channel for disputes or backup. Mgmt doesn’t care. Like everything here this is not a tool to improve performance or coach or train, it’s a stick not a carrot.

Maybe it's purposely done...? I wonder how many other people this has happened to who aren't even aware..
Completely non-transparent.

Yes, i have this issue for January... I'm amber (off model) as the system has not picked up some of the office exceptions so they haven't been deducted from the 4 week block.
I opened a HR ticket and waiting to hear back.

It’s so simple. Just go to work and do your job.

Isn't Peakon the tool we should be using to feed all this back?
Oh wait we only get to use that every quarter now...

Folks must be green at the end of each tracking period. Current one began on 01/28. You can go back retroactively for the last 2 periods if you were amber or red. Your manager has your status. Use the work in office exception if you are below the 60% threshold. Folks will get ONE warning. Next notice will be termination, thus, no sub pay.

Warnings going out soon. No way for employees to track and no tool to help plan. Senior management does not care. Unionize people!

Good luck in ever getting an operating dashboard with the Boomer exodus.

Time to step up for the GenX Slackware generation.

Who remembers Slackware :-)

I’ve never seen the dashboard or been told my color. This is such an unintelligent process. No transparency.

Is anyone else sad that we are utilizing technology solutions for tracking in office status over the thousands of tech issues the firm is facing?

Anyone else hear that they are going to send out warnings for being red or yellow for a period?

yep.... my boss has been having conversations with a number of us due to lack of transparency and understanding of the RTO rules and tracking resulting in amber and red dashboards - both management confusion and employee confusion.
