Do you still have a local Downloads directory?

I can't check out and edit files in SPO any more. Working w/ Tech t resolve the issue
Move everything from your desktop, h: drive etc to one drive ASAP. poof, your existing dekstop, h drive etc will vanish
It went smoothly for me. I’m usually the one looking for tech support so I set the bar low.

Just make sure you back everything up, just in case.
