If this means all the FOMO/remote work speculators who drove local housing costs to insane levels by moving here during the Scamdemic now have to leave the area to meet an RTO requirement, I'm all for it.

Good luck finding a local wage anywhere close to what you 'were' making with your cushy IBM (or otherwise) remote gig. LOL

Banking on remote work for stability is a fool's errand.

its really not, you get people who are coming in doing a full time job ,instead of being home doing there own thing. Thats common sense.When you stay home your getting over and it must end
