From speculation, it seems that the announcement will be the day after earning call. Does that usually happen based off of previous LRs?

That’s true they like to LR people in the U.S before end of quarter, if this quarter ends January 27, many will get LR between January 10th to January 20th.
Many people already got LRed around January 16. They always do that to refer to “this LR” was due to last year or last quarter’s bad numbers , not this year or this quarter’s bad numbers. Very tricky and cover-up of running business to impress Wall Street.
