BM said something about cash awards to a select number of associates and that managers would discuss with those who would receive in February. Has anyone heard when in February these cumbersome conversations will happen?

I received my email regarding stocks yesterday, however depending on what group you work in there are cash incentives. Sales, Mortgage, client facing. Just truly depends on your designated LOB and those conversations have taken place and will be received if eligible 2/16.
if you're referring to the Sharing Success reward, I just got the email stating how many RSUs i'm getting this year. I think the cash awards depends on what country you're in, there's a blurb at the bottom about certain countries receiving cash awards instead of stock due to certain laws.
