PIP is unfair, biased, and designed to make you fail if you are white.
PIP is fair, unbiased, and meritorious when you are not white.

It just depends on whether management wants you to pass or not. That's the only criteria.

i know someone who failed the pip and kept their job. Non-white female, not that would ever count for everything in a meritocracy. And yes, i am 100% sure they failed.
