Heard greenville union workers will be Lockheed employees in April. Anyone know anything more? Is it just union? Or the whole plant?

I believe some people are getting confused their is a lockheed facility in whitesettlement area and in GP Texas. L3Harris Technologies is in Greenville and Plano/ Richardson Texas L3Harris aircraft mechanics are unionised with UAW 887. Their is no talk about it at L3Harris Technologies side of things at the Greenville tx location as of right now.
Lots of rumors that GVL will be purchased by Lockheed Martin
When L3 communications was founded, Lanza, La Penta, and Lehman Brothers, Lanza and La Penta were board members of Lockheed Martin. I wonder since we became L3Harris if there was a stipulation or clause that we would revert back to the founding fathers, or in other words we become Lockheed Martin. It would explain why those in corporate don’t give a flying flip about Greenville and are determined to make our cash price as low as possible. And just remember Kubasik knew Lanza and La Penta during the good ole days of Strainese. Kubasik was a vp at Lockheed but got fired for s-xual harassment. What if Lanza and La Penta wanted him as the next CEO when Micheal Strainese retired? …. I almost wonder if this was the plan all along?
Lockheed Martin has a large facility over in Fort Worth that has been operating since the Second World War…and another one in Grand Prairie, TX. Both within 100 miles from L3 in Greenville, TX…
perhaps the misunderstanding is that Union positions at Lockheed Martin are available to employees of L3 that have been displaced by layoffs. there is no indication that Lockheed Martin is planning to purchase any facilities from L3 in texas. perhaps there is a mix-up between Greenville Texas where L3 is located and Greenville South Carolina where Lockheed is located. as previously stated by another post, it is correct that the nearest Lockheed location to Greenville Texas is in Texas but 840 miles away.
Lockheed Martin has manufacturing in Greenville South carolina, not texas. the nearest Lockheed facility to Greenville Texas is 800 miles away. I doubt if the unionized employees formerly with L3 are going to commute 800 miles.
I am not sure about the whole plant, but I did hear the union will be Lockheed.
