Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Again Location Move - San Leandro to SF/Concord, CA - 3rd time move email.

This management strategy seems quite disorganized or lacking in foresight. It is the third time our team is moved around. Frist, moved from Fremont to San Leandro, then to San Francisco, then to Concord and back to San Leandro. Now we are hearing about potential move to SF or Concord again? It's Frustrating.

We have families and children, and this constant relocation is not fair to us. They don't stay on their own decision for couple of months? Everyday a new drama? Buch of Jockers and brainless leadership on top making these decisions?

@bcu+1qT65ZL7 Easy. You lay off a few and give the work to those who are left. Repeat. Repeat again. Then you give poor reviews to the ones who can’t keep up with the increased workload. Tell them their performance isn’t good enough to warrant a raise. Then dump on them some more.

Yep, he 100% said that during his most recent Town Hall during Q&A. We were shocked that he could be so absurd and cruel. He even doubled down on saying he knew absolutely nothing about it -- dramatic facial expressions and all. F CS!

How do you get a number to quit voluntarily so you don't have to pay severance?

Heard about parking issues in SL building which could have triggered this issue.Hoping that WF will get new building and resolve issues. As per my understanding, SF is a speciality hub and our teams in SF bay area are not affected.

They’re not deliberately trying to torture anyone. For that to be the case, they would have to consider us human. They don’t. We’re just numbers.

Hold up, I was off on leave. He actually said there was no hub strategy? Please tell me that’s untrue. Dude would not be that non- transparent, would he?

Yeah, it’s sad because anyone that’s not in a hub,is pretty much gone. I’m sorry.

You can do anything you want! If you survived this far, you are so smart and you can do whatever the he-l you want.

There’s so many jobs out there. I have faith in YOU! I’m not a bot or HR!

Exactly this. Torment the peons until they give up and quit. They'd do doing this to all domestic workers if they thought they could get away with it without an avalanche of bad PR, so they target 1 group or building at a time instead.

The location that needs to be shut down more than any other is Hudson Yards. Nothing but incompetent liars and robber barons. They bring shareholders NO value. Just the opposite. We earn the profits, not them.

If you don't like it Prakash is ready to take your job unfortunately. No reason for WF to even have a corporate presence in CA anymore.

Unfortunately it is the Wells Fargo Way. Wishing you and your family better times. Don’t let them beat you down.

This IS the plan. To frustrate and exhaust everyone so they quit.

The insult is that they find it hysterical. Like flicking pieces around on chess board.

In addition to CEO telling us during recent Town Hall that there are no hubs or hub strategy - that he's never heard any such thing. Gaslighting a-h0les.
