In my 2022 annual review, I received three O (on track). Can I be promoted in January 2025? I have been a Senior Associate since 2022 and with the company since 2018.

good luck, if it was your 1st year, your manager could have fought and got you better grade. But if your manager was not in the good with your director, god save you.. If you are a developer leave this tool "manager"
I hear people leave and apply for a vp+ and get promote that way. waiting for annual review is for chumps.
I can tell you, three O means you are doing average and at grade. You need at least 2 to 3 exceptional to get a promotion.
What if you perform better than half the VPs in your dept. and have skills that they don't have, which that can make the entire dept. standout.
it will be hard to get promoted, you really need to show them what you can do. Sometimes they want you to have a year of strong ratings or at least some strong categories before a promotion. Especially to VP....but it also depends on the org
