Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Success Bonus-WTF

Got the company wide word-salad email touting that my hard work, etc etc .. check out amply to see your Success bonus...and Nothing..who is getting this bonus? Which levels of management receive the bonus, and why send the email to every employee and not to just those that are included in the payout. Real moral booster there T.

Anyone surplused last year know how we can find out our bonus pay? Called one stop and they didn’t have the info and suggested waiting until 3/6 to find out.

There is an also a cash reward to L3 and above that dropped in our fidelity. It’s only 30k paid over 2 years and separate of our 50k annual rsu. Also different than the 122% payout of the annual bonus (11, 14, 19, or 24% of your base based on level). And different than the increase / update in pension

Never heard of 18% bonus...Have heard of 19% for 3rd levels.

management bonuses should be calculated on the percentage of stock price increase like craft. to be honest bonuses should be cancelled for everyone. it just promotes dishonesty and mediocrity.

OP here, my mistake bonus is now visible in amplify very pleased as I was not expecting that kind of payout, this is my first year with AT&T so all this is new to me.
Also was not referring to our annual merit increase which I was told will be announced later this month.

"...but I get 120% of 18% of annual pay..."

You're likely not at 18%

What level management are you claiming that you are (or were)?

"Morale"

And how is it that you don't know whether or not your position is eligible for bonus payout or not?

Something sounds fishy with you.

Do you not know your target bonus percentage, which is in the YTR letter you get every year, among other places?

I've got to the top of the middle band, then raises completely dry up, regardless of performance.

Well for one thing don't go to the link in the email because it's broken for most people. Just go to amplify the normal way.
