Yes, there are quite likely many retroactive ways to game the system. But wouldn’t it be better to apply the creativity to your job?

Oracle allows you to enter absences for up to 90 days post occurrence. However, if you are trying to fix your compliance dashboard, you have only 10 days after the close of the period to enter those dates and have the report refreshed.

WFA requests can't be submitted retrospectively.
Yes, I did it, and it went through. You just have to do it one day at a time. If you try to back date two days at once you’ll get an error that looks like you can’t backdate, but when I did it one at a time it worked.
Yes - it takes a while before it shows up in the management dashboard for in-office compliance though.
Yes, however last time I did I noticed you can’t edit a time submission if it is considered to be in the past.
