Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

New Beginning's $0.63 cents raise.

I received a meets and got a $0.63 cents raise for 2024 which comes out to $1,310.40 extra a year. I know a lot of people are looking forward to leaving Wells as I am really looking forward to it as well. But I will holdout until I receive a Severance package. Here's to 2024. Cheers 🍻

I am still 100% remote because I do not live near an office option. I received no merit increase. I know of another who also doesn't fit the R.T.O model and received no merit. I can't help seeing this as a sign I will be getting walking papers. My thought is they don't want to pay severance on a higher wage. I am interested to learn if others who don't have an office option have had a similar experience of zero raise?

I as so blessed to work for a generous company like WF. They reward you handsomely for all the hours I have put in above and beyond to get this raise. I cannot fathom any other company that can recognize this kind of individual effort and reward it like WF does. I got a mind-blowing raise of .96$ per hour. Again, I am so blessed, lucky, and grateful of all WF does for me to be employed and receive such a award for my efforts.
