I asked around.
As of now, no changes are planned to change the food menus.
Old white guys will disproportionately take the VBO. No plans to remove roast beef or potatoes from the menu selections.
My prediction: No VBO in the works

If it happens this year, notifications will be out on 3/5 and need a decision by end of March
