My SVP confirmed the official announcement is slated this month. Will impact all BUs taking part in connect weeks. No anticipated additional changes after this- intention is to remove the uncertainty around the future of dynamic working.

It’s crazy how many people are promoting Fido on LinkedIn! A__kissers. Not going to be in the top places to work next year. Fido doesn’t listen to employees. Stop pretending that it cares about employees. Amazing how one guy has like 5 posts daily about what a great place it is to work. Does he actually do any real work?
I heard they ditched VBO for this year once they realized how many people would be eligible and likely to take it, hence all of the bs and telephone messaging via the fidelity network regarding the two weeks back to work in September. They know what they're doing. Mona is going to take the ML/AI approach to prune the workforce. That's why they gave her this role from Fidelity Labs. VBO likely next year. Keep your fingers crossed. Fido wants the attrition.

Fidelity continues to refuse to listen to what their associates want while providing them with vague answers as to why.
Ha jokes on them. I get almost nothing done those weeks because people talk constantly.
I also get horribly sick every time so I’m getting an exception.
And have other things lined up outside of work so hopefully by then I can leave out if needed.
