To those celebrating RIF's and Layoffs. It's a lot different once separated from the company. Separated last August.. NO INTERVIEWS! Resume professionally reviewed numerous times. Highly qualified. Too many people are looking. Be very thankful you still have a job.

Reach out to those people you know who have found employment and see if their new company is hiring. That's what I did. Most new opportunities come from those you have networked with in the past. Recommendations from inside a company hold a lot of weight. Good luck.
There are more RIFs coming as people stupidly challenging RTO orders are getting on HRs radar!
No way is there gonna be a 4 year extension
Did any of y'all hear about layoffs disguising corporate corruption? Verizon is good at training against corruption, literally, but I am told had a SVP running a corruption ring lining his pockets and receiving supplier gifts.
For those looking for new careers in the industry, look to DQE in the Pittsburgh area and Iris networks in TN. Both companies are growing and looking to hire sales and field personnel.
The only people the get laid off here is management. The union has contracts in place until 2026 and next year they will begin working on an extension for another 4 years. Cry all you want it's the truth Its better to be craft in this company management your just tools
Honestly your resume doesn’t matter in most cases. Unless you have some special skill or combination of skills that can’t be found it is more important to know someone.
Might be time consider something outside of wireless.

Good luck to all. It can be difficult to find something. And very stressful. Have faith things will work out.
