Previously I was excited about rewards in last years and now no special feeling. I don’t care at all. I was a type of person doing extra always. Now I’m looking going out. The culture and poor ki-led my motivation

Jeez. Omg I’m an underachieving IC and am stagnant at 200k per year pay. STFU and leave then.

Yeah. Get a job somewhere else like mcD and then come back like these Nellies to bash your old employer because it is intels fault. Conservatives love to do that.

And here's some advice...
I stayed at Intel too long, got demoralized, burned out, and it took me months to recover after I was laid off.
Don't wait like I did. Find a new job at a company that makes you want to get up in the morning, go to work, and love your job so much that getting paid is just icing on the cake because it's doesn't feel like work to you.
